Site Visit to note and measure and general configuration of existing buildings and surrounding area.
Preliminary development calculations and data in accordance with the relevant state environmental control plans and local council development control plans.
Presentation of schematic conceptual plans, elevations, and computer generated three Dimensional models.
Provision for alternative designs and alterations to all projects.
Acting as the client’s representative during negotiations and planning with other partners
Suggestions on proposed materials and architectural products.
Liaison with council officers regarding proposed development.
Preparation of development application forms and submission to council on behalf of client. Written correspondence to council and other authorities on behalf of the client as required by council.
Completion of working drawings for construction and assessment by council.
Photomontages can be produced enabling the client to view how the proposed development will look once the proposed finishes have been selected.
Liaison with Builders & Contractors.
Preparation of shadow diagrams/photomontages as required.
